How Should I make my Payment?
We accept Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Money Orders, & Checks. Payments should ONLY be made in U.S and should be payable in U.S. You can pay online using Credit Card or Paypal, or simply call a sales representative who can take your order over the phone. We will need 50% deposit in order for us to start your Artwork. The Balance must must be paid after your design is completed in order to start production.
What is the Turnaround time for my Project?
As soon as payment is cleared, we will start working on your design. Typically we prefer our clients to give us a deadline for completion. The whole procedure can take up to 7-10 business days after artwork & payment approval depending on company's schedule.

What happens if I see a typo on my product
after it is printed?
We are NOT responsible for any typo mistakes once you agree to the
'Final Proof' approval.
How do I hang my banner?
Our banners come with Metal Grommets in every corner and every 2-4 ft. around the banner. You can use bungee cords, zip ties or ropes to hang your banner on buildings or between poles. It is extremely important that you use all grommets supplied on the banner for fastening. The banner material is very strong however only using a portion of the grommets may cause undo stress and cause
the grommets to get torn out.
